Initiated and facilitated the establishment of a historical marker for the Liberty Street Presbyterian Church (1840-1963), an institution active on the Underground Railroad. Troy, NY, 2006
Facilitator, Black Dimensions in Art, Inc.’s “Emerging Artists” program, 2001 – Present
Assisted in the creation of a public work of art, entitled “Survivor’s Knot.” At 15-feet wide and 100 feet long, this “Road Tattoo” painting was designed by New York City artist Steed Taylor as a tribute to AIDS survivors. It was situated near the Arts Center, Troy, NY, 2004
