National Black Fine Art Show returns to the Puck Building in NYC Jan. 2003
The Seventh Annual National Black Fine Art Show returns to the Puck Building in Soho, NYC next January.
The Benefit Preview takes place on Wed. Jan. 29th and the show runs to Feb 2nd.
The show
has established itself as the premier art exposition as well as social and cultural event for artists, art enthusiasts and art collectors in the country. Forty three of the most respected dealers in African American, Caribbean
and African art feature original fine art including works on paper, canvas, mixed media and sculpture. The scope of the show is tremendous, and works shown range from historically significant work by masters such as Tanner,
Bannister, Bearden, and Alston, to folk, outsider, contemporary and emerging artists.
Avisca Fine Art will be among the participating galleries/dealers in the event. We feature works by artists Francks Deceus, Ann Tanksley,
Jackson-Collins, Shan Kelly Cecilio, Cedric Smith and Charly Palmer, among others.
